Reception closed overnight, leaving guests without assistance!!! Housekeeping slow to respond to requests, leading to inconveniences during stay!!!

Liked the place, had a really really nice stay during a three-weeks Switzerland vacation. The staff helped with map. The staff was very friendly - we would stay here again...

Even though everything was very comfortable, some of the staff were terrible.

Place was comfy, appreciated the stay.

It was overall clean with fairly friendly and efficient staff at the receptionist. Stunning and favourable location to attractions like Photopoint Kirchbrucke bridge, that was not too far from the hotel.

I describe the Hotel Daniela to friends as the Instagram hotel. Everything looks like its straight out of a travel bloggers photo shoot. There are lots of personalized touches everywhere and the breakfast buffet was almost too cute to eat, complete with handwritten labels and red polka dot pots of the most delicious food. The receptionist was wonderful and extremely helpful with everything from dinner suggestions to how to best see the Matterhorn. We stayed in four different hotels across Switzerland on our recent trip and this was definitely our favorite. If you are looking for a beautiful boutique hotel with very personalized service this is the place.

The breakfast selection was excellent, with a great variety that catered to all tastes, including freshly squeezed fruit juices. The room was good, personalized with a welcome card and a bar of chocolate, and it had a lovely balcony view. The room felt a bit small, and more seating in common areas would improve comfort. The hotel offers a cozy atmosphere and attentive service while making excellent use of space.

Breakfast is Awesome :-) The hotel staff is Amazing :-) The room is Clean and it was worth the money.. And yes! I would recommend hotel daniela to other :-) happy guest!

Good location, clean well appointed rooms, excellent breakfast, reasonable price and free train station transfer.

The Standard Double Room was super cozy with quality linen and pillows. It had a Nespresso machine, a nice touch. The bathroom was well equipped, and everything felt clean and modern. Loved the heated flooring! Just wish there was a bit more space for our luggage. A pleasant stay in a comfy room.

The room was comfortable, but my request for a date change was ignored.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the spaciousness of the superb Suite, the view of the Matterhorn from the 3rd floor balcony, the range of food at breakfast, the pleasant bar area, the attractive, sunny garden, the nearby spa facilities, swimming pool and saunas, the cleanliness, the location so near to Zermatt, the quiet road, the promptness of the taxi to and from the station, the information given by Rebecca on walks and mountain cable cars, the readiness of the staff to book tables in restaurants, the good meal we had in Hotel Julen - there were so many good things about the Hotel Daniela.

The slight inconvenience of having to go to the sister hotel for the spa facilities. Also, it would have been good to have a few information leaflets about Zermatt's attractions in the hotel also information about the Peak Pass (for the cable cars, train etc.) at the start of the holiday.

Clean, large rooms with a beautifull view.

Really comfortable bed and hotel. The best breakfast buffet I've had so far this trip - large variety and quantity. Also included good cut fresh fruit. Balcony to the room great for sitting and relaxing with a glass of wine. Multiple english channels on the television.
